Smash Club Report: Micah Wagner shared that the club plays Mario Smash together, to enjoy a mental break and time playing together. They average 12 people per week and they meet every Saturday in the lecture hall of the science building. No funds right now because they’re not yet at a point where they are ready to apply for A status. Had a great event co-hosting with e-sports. Extended an invite to those present.

Nighthawk E-Sports Club Report: Roy Nichols shared that they participate in competitive gaming event against other schools, meeting at least twice per semester. They have about 20 people per event, enjoy co-hosting with Smash Club, and would love to co-host with anyone else interested. Their goals this year are to promote their events more and participate with additional schools in the air. Their funds go toward equipment, event promotion, and food. They are working to introduce more people to what they do, to come and relax and have fun.

Nicole shared that this club also recently hosted a LARPing group on campus.

Brick House Report: Micah Tranch reported that the wifi problem is now fixed and TV is available for people to use. Campfire hangouts coming up soon.

Executive Secretary Rimer: Participated in Serve Day, got a list of club leaders to try a new way to gather weekly email information, to be more intentional about communicating with them. Reaching out to people who have not finished budgeting. Know that herself and other SGA members are available to help with budgeting forms.

Executive VP Akkerman: Aaron’s Senate binder is done and things have officially been put together for the Well task force. If you want to be part, talk to Parker and she’ll get you connected. More info to come once that group meets.
